Weekly Entries

In this section... i will share my story and activities that happen in the whole week in this semester.. The purpose of weekly entries is to overview of my personal skill development to ensure that i can achieve my goals in this semester.. There will be 14 weeks that is lecturer weeks for the whole semester that i have to facing in order to complete my 5th semester in this college..

18 JANUARY 2013 - Week 1

This week was a first week of my 5th semester after a long break from a semester break start from November until early January... in this week i start to know with the new subject that i have learn in this semester that is Computer Platform, Visual Programming Development, Microsoft Office Solution, Mandarin and especially Personal Skill Development that being teach by Puan Nini Aniza Binti Zakaria.. the purpose of the blog also is for Personal Skill Development Subject... for the first week.. i have learn about the overview of the subject that i take for this semester.. there is only basic thing that i have learn through this weeks because it is first week of this semester that i have to know about the subjects of this semester..

Until here is my entries for this week.. i hope next week will be better than this week and i am excited to learn in this semester... i also hope that Personal Skill Development subject is a subject that i can enjoy to study and can help me to improve my personal skill..

25 JANUARY 2013 - Week 2

This week we only have class for 3 days Monday until Wednesday.. means we have a holiday from Thursday until Sunday.. i have a plan with my friends to back home together by taking a bus and train from kajang.. what interesting for this week is i have learn about certain things although i have a class for 3 days only... i learn about a new thing in Microsoft product that i do not recover yet before... there is Developer option which is made fore programmer to program a coding or interface in the Microsoft Suit... for this week.. sir Azrul Hafiz teach me and my friends about how to use Visual Basic in Microsoft Word... it is same with Visual Basic in VB.net but it is less function and not user friendly.. but i enjoy to learn it with my friends... i also have learn about the Clock Speed and what is CPU and how it works in Computer Platform subjects...

There is my entries for this week and i hope i can share any activities that i participated for next week.. thank you for reading my entries..

1 FEBRUARY 2013 - Week 3

 Hello all.. today is 1 February 2013... this week is the starting week which me and my friends were received first assignment for this semester.. guess what??? its not 1 but 2 assignment that i received for this week.. but the good thing is the due date is about 1 month..  from the date out of the assignment =P
The assignment that i received is CP phase 1 and PSD phase 1.. Madam said before that she want give to us the whole assignment for this semester in phase 1... but what i received is only for phase 1.. maybe she forgot or busy with other things that she cannot prepare the questions paper for all assessments.. but it is not a problem to me.. therefore.. i have to start my work now before it is too late and have to submit the assignment on the due date.. i hope that i can get a good mark for these assignment to achieve my goals that is to get 3.5 and above for the pointer in this semester..

8 FEBRUARY 2013 - Week 4

This week was a  4th weeks of lecture weeks in this semester.. on this week, i have learn about what is RAM, Storage and other components in the computer for subject Computer Platform...in this week also.. i have learn on how to use Visual Basic in Microsoft Word to create a system that is Workshop system.. it is very likely to VB.NET but it not provided with many tools like in VB.NET.. it is a bit harder compared to VB.NET but i am very enjoyed to create a system in the Microsoft Words... This is also 4th weeks i learned a new language in my life that is Mandarin.. so far... Mandarin is a very good language but the pronunciation is a bit harder to master.. it need more practice to someone that can get a good pronunciation in Mandarin.. However.. i am really enjoyed study a new language and it is my responsible to work harder to ensure that i can learn Mandarin language without any problems..

15 FEBRUARY 2013 - Week 5

This week was a short week because we have a holiday for Chinese New year.. we start to have a class on Wednesday because Chinese New Year come on Sunday that was be replacement on Tuesday.. means we have 3 days for the class.. nothing interesting for this week because i have not much classes for this week.. this week i have a presentation for Computer Platform about Computer Hardware that i prepared in my holiday on Thursday (yesterday).. it is a good presentation and i satisfied with my group members for their cooperation..

22 FEBRUARY 2013 - Week 6

This week i have learn a new thing in Microsoft Office Solution subject... i learned about how to use coding in Microsoft Excel.. i also have got my car license that i take on 19 February (Tuesday) i am off for 2 days (Monday and Tuesday) to take my JPJ test.. This week i come to the class for 3 days only starting on Wednesday.. i also have learned about BUS, Bit and a little revision about the first assignment of Computer Platform.. this week i have no class for PSD... i also have to go back home because my older sister will get marry on Sunday..  This week also i learned about Transferable Skill that posses by me and my friends..

1 MARCH 2013 - Week 7

This week is a last consultation week with Puan Noorzilawati for Computer Platform because i will submit my assignment after a mid term break starting from today until next sunday.. my due date for both assignment CP and PSD is on 11 March 2013(Monday).. my PSD assignment was already prepared and need to do the higher grade because it is a group assignment that need me and my team member to make a discussion of the assignment given.. i also have received first assignment for Visual Programming Development (VPD) that need to be submit on 5 April 2013.. i hope i can finish my assignment during mid term brake and submit the report on the time... i have learned about how to evaluate ourself on learning style with learning style questionnaire that was conducted on Thursday at library... in the leaning style questionnaire... it shows that i am a visual style person..

15 MARCH 2013 - Week 8

 After a long brake for mid term brake.. i have submit my first assignment for this semester that is Computer Platform and Personal Skill Development... my Computer Platform assignment is about Good Computing Infrastructure and my PSD assignment is about Breakfast First Campaign... i am not complete my CP assignment until higher grade but i have finish all criteria in PSD assignment phase 1 and i hope Puan Nini Aniza can give accept my report as a correct report. This week same as another week.. i have a usual classes  after a mid term brake... my holiday not to seem like holiday because i have to finish my assignment given..and thats all for this week.. thank you..


22 MARCH 2013 - Week 9

On this week i have received phase 2 assignment for Personal Skill Development subject... the due date of this assignment is in week 12 that is 12 April 2013.. i also have received anther assignment that is Microsoft Office Solution that required me to create a system for Student Attendance System in KPMB... the assignment need to be submit on 12 that is 10 April 2013.. This week i have learned about how to use Microsoft Access to create a system that we have to create for the assignment given.. Also.. i have conducted an inspection at General Department 1 for overview of our next assignment that required me to conduct an inspection.. after the inspection.. i need to present the inspection conducted to the lecturer about the result of the inspection on next Monday..


29 MARCH 2013 - Week 10

This week i already received another assignment for phase 2 Computer Platform that required me to submit on 29 April 2013.. In this assignment i have to conduct an inspection at DAB Lecturer Room at block B.. the inspection included hardware and software requirement and also safety and healthy checking...


5 APRIL 2013 - Week 11

On this week i have submitted my first assignment of Visual Programing Development (VPD) that required me to create a system using VB.NET for Student Attendance System.. After submitting the report, i have to present my system to the lecturer for the evaluation on next monday.. starting from this week.. i have no more classes for Computer Platform and will be change with consulation every week with Puan Noorzilawati..the consultation is compulsory as the attendance is still count as usual...


12 APRIL 2013 - Week 12

This week was a busiest week in this semester because i have to submit 2 assignment plus 1 presentation of my system.. The assignment that have to be submit is PSD phase 2 and MSO phase 1... i was doing my assignment on the last minute that required me to struggle to finish my assignment on the time.. i also received new assignment for phase 2 Visual Programing Development... in this week.. i have learn a bit about how to publish the website on VB.NET and how to make a VB.NET become internet browser.. before this i usually use internet browser like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and others but i do not know how to create my own internet browser and using VB.NET.. it is really surprise me and i will try to use it to complete my assignment given..

19 APRIL 2013  - Week 13

This week was a last week of my classes for this semester except Mandarin.. after all assignment was given and there is no more syllabus need to be cover by HND lecturer.. we were given a time to doing our assignment and complete it before a submit time.. in this week.. i was received my last assignment for this semester that is PSD phase 3 and MSO phase 2... for MSO phase 2.. i was required to create a website for Badan Pemantauan Peraturan Kolej for Kolej Profesional Mara Beranang.. for preparation of this assignment.. Mr. Azrul Hafiz was teach us on how to create a website using Microsoft Office FrontPage and how to publish the website into the web hosting.. it seem easier and i think i can do better for this assignment.. i also hope that i can perform well on my third assignment of PSD..

26 APRIL 2013 - Week 14

This is last week of this semester of lecture weeks...that also means that this is the last entries of my weekly entries.. in this week.. i was conducted a presentation of Mandarin... The presentation is about conversation in mandarin that required me and my group member to perform a short acting and conversation in mandarin.. In this week also we was making a revision on Mandarin subject for the preparation of Final Exam that will be held on 7 May 2013 at Hall E.. the preparation including writing skill and remembering the Chinese character.. i hope that i can perform very well on the final exam next week and get a high mark in the Mandarin subject..

Until here my weekly entries... i hope that i can continue my weekly entries on next semester and share with viewers about what i have learned during wholes semester in every weeks although there is no more PSD subject but i can continue and make this blog as my diary.. i want to thank to all my friends for their help during this semester and all lecturers espacially Puan Nini Aniza Binti Zakaria for encourage me to create a blog and write my weekly entries...
