Reflection

In this section, i will share about any experience or thing that i learn during this whole semester by taking Personal Skill Development subject.  

Firstly, Personal Skill Development has taught me about  finding strengths and weaknesses in my own character... after i have found my strengths and weaknesses.. i have learned about how to manage and overcome my weaknesses by generate any possible solution and 6 step problem solving technique that i learned.. the most big weakness that i possess is i have low confidence level in speaking English with other people and i scare that it will affect my future especially when i want to apply for my job and working with other people using English as a language for conversation.. but after i learned in Personal Skill Development that has been taught by Puan Nini Aniza Binti Zakaria... i has improved my confidence and try to solve my weakness by using possible solution that i created... i start using some of my time with my friend to make a conversation which we talking any topic in fully English.. i also found that the conversation that we had is really joyful and very effective to improve my English.

Other than that, i also learned about Transferable Skills that i possess until now.. transferable skill are those skills, abilities and personal attributes which people can use in a wide range of activities.. a transferable skill nowadays is very important in our life.. it helps people to communicate, working together, making decision, managing, study and many more.. it is also very important when we want to apply for a job.. the employer is not only look for the education background of their employees but also transferable skills that their employees has... The transferable skills that i possess are teamwork, creativity and information collector that i aware during study in Personal Skill Development Subject...  

By study Personal Skill Development.. i also had learned about my learning style by answered learning style questionnaire that lecturer gave in the class... based on the questionnaire that i has answered in the class... i had found that my learning style is based on Visual learning style.... from the conclusion of person that had a visual learning style stated in the questionnaire it was told that a visual learning style person is the person that prefer to learn by seeing and observing something that can be seen  by human eyes such as chart, picture, diagram and others graphic base learning... they also love to learn in a quiet environment and have a good handwriting... this is my first time knowing about my learning style and it is truth because i am more prefer to do something and easier to understand if i see something with my own eyes... 

Besides that, i also learned about how to launch a campaign for Breakfast First Campaign and how to manage the campaign by launching a business although we do not do it as a real but we make a discussion, budget, menu and others as we want to launching a real business for this campaign.. i learned how to create a business proposal through this campaign and create advertisement video for Breakfast First Campaign..By doing this project.. i also has learned about the importance of teamwork in doing some work or task.. things will get easier when we do something in a team or group because we will help each other and do the work together.. 

And lastly.. i had learned about how to solve any problems that i facing by using some techniques such as SWOT technique, PDCA technique, Ishikawa technique and Cost Benefit technique.. it is my first time to heard about these thing and i found it is very unique because to solve problem also have their own technique and method that people used to solving their own problem..   

Personal Skill Development subject is a joyful and interesting subject where people learn more about their self and improvement of their skills... This will be my good experience taking this subject and learned something that very valuable for me and my future.. i hope that i can bring all those thing to my own life and especially when i has a job in the future.. i also want to thanks to my lovely lecturer.. Puan Nini Aniza Binti Zakaria for teach me about anything that i was not knowing before and to all my friends and my family for your help and support me during this semester... Thank You =)
